1. You’re 34 or younger: Born in 1990 or later.
2. Your business is a UK start-up: Registered at Companies House in the last 5 years (2019 or later).
3. You’re the boss: You own more than 50% of the shares and are a director of the company.
4. Your revenue is growing: Your company must have filed audited accounts showing at least £200,000 in annual revenue.
