His background includes leading the transition of an entertainment company from local in-person events to positioning itself as the industry leader for corporate entertainment across global online platforms, managing the expansion of a childcare provider to become a regional leader, and overseeing the successful rebranding and sales growth of several Suffolk-based brands.

Additionally, George has founded and grown two companies: one focused on delivering integrated content marketing strategies, and another specializing in fundraising and corporate entertainment events. Digital Transformation and Regeneration expert, Sam Parnell champions digital education across East Anglia. Founder of a number of community initiatives teaching core digital skills, Sam focuses on improving confidence and encouraging creativity.

Working with education, authorities, charities, SMEs and tech companies, Sam arranges CPD talks about economic development, IoT, coding, careers and digital marketing. In her view there should be no barriers of entry to learning about technology.

In addition, Sam founded the Ipswich & Suffolk Tech Network, the Digital Advice Service and is part of the team who created the first Innovation Race.
